Price includes breakfast that you can prepare in your kitchen. You can have biscuits, muesli, butter, jam, honey, milk, tea, coffee, nescafe, orange juice.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
• Prices include : mountain bikes, weekly change of linen, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning.
• Prices exclude : heating (20,00 € a day)
• A security deposit of € 200,00 will be requested at your arrival and will be refunded, subject to any damage. Cash down in full at the arrival (credit cards and cheques are not accepted).

To confirm your reservation we ask a down-payment of 30% of the total amount. On the moment we receive the copy of the credit-transfer via fax (0039-737-44374) within 5 days, we will confirm your reservation
